Lose Weight The Quick, Fast, Rapid Way

You want to reduce weight as fast as possible?

The quickest way to lose weight is a mix of massive changes combined with a strict diet plan.

1. Total food change

The first thing to do is get rid of everything that can harm your diet. Make sure that noodles, potatoes, rice, bread and all sweet things like candy are not only away from your eating table, but also completely out of reach!

Next, buy some protein powder. Protein shakes are extremely useful as long as they have very little sugar. Less than five per cent of the powder should be carbs.

You also buy vegetables that are low in sugar. Just think of your typical salad. Lots of green leaves, carrots, celery, that kind of food.



2. Only water to drink

From now on, you are going to drink lots of water. As much as you like, as often as you like, anytime you like, but only pure water.

3. You only eat every 4 or 5 hours

When get up in the morning, you might not even feel hungry yet. Brush your teeth. Your appetite might not develop until some hours later. When you can't take it anymore, get your first meal, consisting of a protein shake and a small bowl of salad. Water is always okay. But from now on, you only eat every 4 to 5 hours!

4.  Exercise the hell out of yourself!

If you really want to lose weight fast, you have to exercise. Exercising itself does not cause weight loss. It only gets you to lose weight if you change your food habits, as mentioned before.

How do you get the most effective weight loss, then? Well, the more tiring the physical activity is, the more fat is burned. On the other hand, if you can't exercise any more after only half an hour, you can't lose weight as fast as desired. My tip: Go outside and walk around for hours. Have a nice time exploring nature or the city. When you don't want to walk around any more, go home, but tire yourself out.
