How to increase protein levels:

  • Fish

  • Iodized salt
One thin slice of seaweed (you can buy seaweed in Asian markets) is enough for our purpose. Make sure not to eat too much seaweed, as it contain extremely high amounts of iodine. If you don't like the foods mentioned here, you can also buy a vegetarian capsule supplement at Amazon:

How to increase selenium levels:

Selenium is a mineral found in many foods. Here are some of the sources rich in selenium:
